EXECUTIVE CHEF

Language requirement: English
Work Experience: 0 – 5 years
Type of contract: Seasonal 6 months (1st May - 1st November)
NetSalary: 700-1000 (based on experience and type of contract)
Accommodation and Food: YES- included, 3 meals daily
Papyrology and work permit: YES – paid by the employer

Responsibilities: operation of the kitchen, daily food order, production of all meals included staff, events, and banquets, ensure the cleanliness of all wok area.

SUB CHEF

Responsibilities: Sub chef is the second in command in a kitchen; the person ranking next after the executive chef. Guides junior kitchen staff members, cooking, food preparation, and dish plating. Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.

Responsibilities: Kitchen Helper performs various cleaning, maintenance, preparation, and stocking duties in the kitchen. Washing dishes, helping Cooks prepare meal ingredients and cleaning the kitchen.

Receptionist Duties:
▪ Meeting and greeting
▪ Accurate reservations of meeting rooms using a computerized booking system
▪ Liaising with Managers and other staff
▪ Organizing last-minute situations – occasionally assisting with setting up the rooms
▪ Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service – going the ‘extra mile’ when the opportunity arises.
▪ Keeping the reception area tidy

Waiters or Waitresses are responsible for taking orders and
serving food and beverages to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Duties: A room maid's main duties consist of changing bedclothes, vacuuming floors, wiping down surfaces, replacing soiled towels and replenishing sundries such as soaps and shampoos. They are also charged with reporting any major room issues they find to maintenance staff.
